Richie brings over 20 years of valuable experience to the industry, giving him a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and employees.

As a proud and active member of key industry organisations such as the Shearers Contractors Association of Australia, Shearer Woolhandler Training Inc, and the WoolTag program, Richie is well-connected and informed.

Richie is particularly passionate about mentoring new learners and fostering opportunities for others to succeed in the industry.

Samantha

Samantha has embraced the essential role of overseeing our office and administrative staff, ensuring that these crucial teams operate smoothly and efficiently. In addition to her management duties, Samantha is deeply dedicated to creating a safe and healthy work environment for everyone. To enhance her expertise in this area, she has completed a return-to-work coordination course and possesses a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
